This small watercolor won 1st place in Central Ohio Watercolor Society's exhibit "A Brush With Words", Schumacher Gallery, Capital University many years ago. The text with this piece, a quote from Einstein: "Everything should be made a simple as possible, but not simpler." My goal was to paint a clearly recognizable portrait of Einstein with as few brush strokes as possible. This was the third attempt.
