The Artist Way:
Led by Linda Langhorst
Artist Linda Langhorst guides students through this 10 week study of the classic Julia Cameron book “The Artist’s Way” focuses on the process of creativity. Cameron’s approach to discovering and encouraging our creative energy is both spiritual and practical in nature. Using chapter topics such as safety, identity, power, integrity, possibility, abundance, connection, strength, compassion and more, Cameron encourages readers to examine their own lives for creative spark and opportunity. Tasks at the end of each chapter are optional and students will meet once a week to discuss the material. Often read as an individual “self help” book, reading and discussing The Artist’s Way as part of a group can be a powerfully different experience. This book is not just for people working or aspiring to work in the arts. It is for anyone who would like to explore creative potential in life as a whole. * Class includes up to 4 hours of open studio time per week, Wednesdays:: 2 hours before and after the workshop.
Call Guitar House Workshop: 614-488-2477 for next scheduled class.
